Overview

When a long-standing property management software client with a presence across Canada and the U.S. wanted to elevate their client appreciation events, they turned to fuze to help bring a dynamic and highly customized entertainment experience to each city.

This multi-year, multi-city series takes place 2–3 times annually, with stops in major Canadian cities like Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Edmonton. While each event is unique, our role remains consistent: deliver a seamless, themed entertainment experience that lets the client focus on their guests — not logistics.

The fuze difference

Each event starts with collaboration. The internal planner shares the theme and objectives, and from there, we take the reins. We source entertainment locally in each city — it's not a cookie-cutter roster. From flamenco dancers to Indigenous performers, AI sketch bots to duelling pianos, our reach spans all genres and vibes. Our curated recommendations allow the client to simply choose, with confidence that every detail will be handled.

We're there from ideation to execution, handling:

Talent sourcing and contracting
On-site management of all entertainment, serving as the single point of contact

Highlight: Vancouver Edition

A full buyout of Mansion Nightclub set the stage for a European-themed evening. Guests were greeted by a live string trio channeling Bridgerton energy, and an art activation table featuring paint-by-number coasters inspired by country specific tile designs. A green screen photobooth placed attendees in front of the Eiffel Tower — props included.

The evening was punctuated by a fiery flamenco dance performance, complete with authentic costuming, high-energy choreography, and all the bells and whistles — a true showstopper
